BREAD FUEL CHOBA

A.    Introduction
Students are not only required to excel in the academic field alone. But a student should also have skills in entrepreneurship. It is intended that students have a stock in the future because of the competition in the job market is getting tighter. With the provision of entrepreneurial skills in high school, students are expected to develop skills in terms of entrepreneurship to the level of the course.
Type of entrepreneur who has a promising prospect for the students who notabennya a youth youthful is the type of food business. The many types of businesses staple foods are sold businesses demand a new innovation in the food business. Having regard to the SWOT factors, we choose the type of food business especially based food agricultural products which are found in the area and its surroundings. We made several innovations on the type of business that we run to attract buyers. To motivate the students in terms of entrepreneurship, we need a first step to start a business or the business. By because it needed an event that could facilitate the event.

Name of the business that we build is "BREAD FUEL CHOBA".

C.     The purpose of Business Activity

Activities that are positive have a lot of interest. The purpose of these operations is as follows;

1.      Open the business opportunities in the lecture.
2.      Increase the entrepreneurship spirit.
3.      Gain experience entrepreneurship.
4.      Being a pioneer in entrepreneurship

D.    Benefits

1.      Students have entrepreneurial skills.
2.      Students are able to create a business plan before starting his business.

E.     Objective Activity.

1. Students.
Our main sales target comes from students Gunadarma located on the campus of J1. This is because, the large number of students Guandarma which can be used as the main target in the sale, and in addition to the products we offer in accordance with the personality of the student.

2. Lecturer.
Goal penjulan on our next product is the faculty member teaching. The target that we provide for sales to lecturers not as high as with the students, because the target sales for our faculty input as a secondary target.

Participants of business activities "BREAD FUEL CHOBA" are all students and teachers as well as people who come on campus Gunadarma JI.

I.       Implementation Activities.

1. Preparation Activity.
In preparing the products we sell, we do some business planning activities. The first business planning activities began with a simple observation about the efforts in the region and around the campus Gunadarma J1. This observation activity aims to explore information on how to start a business. Then proceed with the business planning activity to make an analysis of our business type. Analyzes that include business analysis, product analysis and market analysis in which the three analysis we present in the form of a business proposal. In addition to analysis of the type of business that will we run, we also conduct experiments of our product will sell. This we do to find innovative flavors that we will make in the product. The preparation of the last effort, namely the purchase of materials.

2. Implementation of Activities.
Prime product sales execution Choba Toast was held on Monday, April 4, 2016 in the lobby of Gunadarma campus J1. Making products choba toast is done directly in the lobby is located on the floor 1. Sales of our products is done at 08.30 pm and was sold out (100 pieces) at 16:30 pm.

3. Results.
The expected result of this activity has been the emergence of motivation to start a business or develop a type of business that has been run. After an activity is expected of the students, especially students who faculty economy inspired and then have the desire to entrepreneurship. In addition, we expect the students were able to see the business opportunities that exist around them, so that students not only academic achievement, but also capable of being a talented young entrepreneurs.

J.       Evaluation of activities

1. Obstacles and Issues.
a.       Lack of coordination so that in the event of a buildup of orders we lost focus.
b.      Marketing by delivering the products often have a miss understanding.
c.       Less mengefesiensikan time.


2. Suggestions.
a.       Coordination of each member including improved coordination of delivery or manufacture of the product.
b.      The division of labor must be clear and well ordered..
c.       Taking into account the orders that occurred and predict the time of manufacture to be more efficient.

PROPOSAL BUSSINES "BREAD FUEL CHOBA"


A. Background

       Along with the times and the environment then people are now starting to be careful in choosing and buying something. One of the things where people are very careful and meticulous in choosing and buying is when people buy food. In the old days people buy food just based on tastes good and cheap, it is primarily for high society down. Two things that is the top priority in buying food. They were not so concerned about the nutrients and nutrients contained in the food they buy. But lately the tendency of our society to buy food is pay attention to taste, nutrients contained in these foods, then think about the price. Therefore, an option many human bread for snacks, which in terms of taste, the bread offers quite a lot to offer and tasty flavors, in terms of nutrition also meet human nutritional needs, in terms of price, the bread is within easy reach of all circles of society.

            From the above phenomenon is very suitable and potential when we set up a business selling toast, which in terms of taste meets good taste, in terms of nutrition toast accordance with what is desired by consumers because it contains carbohydrates, protein etc. In terms of price toast fairly easy to reach all levels of society. Moving on it and driven by dreams, we will establish a business this toast with the name "BREAD FUEL CHOBA" which is our project in mengarugi the lecture. To place of business we chose places around the campus area Gunadarma are located Jalan KH Noer Ali Kalimalang, because its prospects are very good, judging from its strategic location at the number of students who would have been familiar with the food products that we offer, enabling this business continues to grow , Place of business for a while is the result of a rental place in relation to funding constraints, the worker might only two (2) people to help smooth in running the business.
